B.A.D. reserves the right to refuse any transaction
It is prohibited to buy firearms for other persons i.e "Straw Man"
Membership fees are non refundable and good for one year from date of purchase
B.A.D. may disable accounts at our own discretion for violation of rules and abuse. Don't be a dick.
B.A.D. is not liable for damages caused to product, self, or others after product leaves the store, especially ways that are illegal. We do not condone illegal acts.
B.A.D. is required by law to release information regarding certain purchases, and will do so willingly to aid law enforcement entities in search of criminals.
